Robert Strickland
Attorneys

Â
Meet our personal injury and employment law attorney, Robert Strickland! Robert began his career in 2004 at the California Department of Insurance and has since tailored his practice to helping people injured in accidents and their employment. Robert dedicated his career to representing Plaintiffs because he understands and sympathizes with the struggles a traumatic injury and loss can inflict on his clients’ lives and the satisfaction he gets from listening, fighting, and recovering compensation for those injuries. Robert’s employment practice also focuses on the individual employee and he represents workers with claims for discrimination, retaliation, disability, and failure to pay wages or provide statutorily required meal and rest breaks. Robert is admitted to practice law in all courts in the State of California, as well as the Northern, Eastern, and Central District Federal Courts. He is also admitted to practice and has successfully argued before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. In Robert’s free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, playing music, exploring the beauty of Sonoma County, and playing tennis.Â

Meet our Estate Planning, Real Estate, and Business Law attorney, Kimberly Strickland! Kimberly has been practicing law for over 15 years, but knew she wanted to be an attorney from a very young age. In 2013, after practicing in San Francisco for over 8 years, Kimberly and Robert formed Strickland Law Group in her hometown of Petaluma. Kimberly is admitted to practice law in all courts in the State of California; Northern, Central, and Southern District Courts; and 9th Circuit Court of Appeal.
